All silk saree images on SilkSareeZ are as accurate as possible; however, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions during photography, and the natural variation in handwoven fabrics. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the site is error-free, complete, or current.

SilkSareeZ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to delays in delivery, damage during transit, or dissatisfaction with colour or texture due to screen display differences. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Product weights, dimensions, care instructions, and fabric compositions are provided in good faith but may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of silk sarees.

Our return and exchange policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Custom-stitched blouses and personalised orders are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please contact us at silksareez.online@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI to the details provided by the customer.

Purchasing silk sarees online involves inherent risks including colour variation from screen display, slight differences in weave density due to the handloom process, and potential delays in delivery due to courier or logistics issues beyond our control. By placing an order on SilkSareeZ, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

SilkSareeZ takes every precaution to ensure safe packaging of all sarees. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by the courier after dispatch. In the event of a damaged delivery, please photograph the package and product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at silksareez.online@gmail.com or +91 6374838096. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be entertained.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
